Top Floor Technologies, a B2B web design and search marketing firm in New Berlin, WI, has taken home two 2010 W3 Silver Awards for its work on the new Wausaukee Composites website. The distinguished awards were for visual appeal and corporate communications.

For the Wausaukee Composites website, Top Floor's Creative Director Jon Balza had to find a way to convey the excellence and innovation Wausaukee Composites builds and delivers its products, which include highly-engineered composite components for OEM customers in the construction equipment and agricultural equipment industries, among others. Balza used the company's brand colors within creative transparent designs over a dark background. This allowed the company's product images to really stand out, drawing the user in and keeping their attention.
"I'm really proud of this website," said Balza. "I think we did a good job of matching the client's desired brand image with a compelling look for their website."
Regarding the W3 Silver Award, Balza was elated, but wasn't content. "Next year we're shooting for a gold!"
