Daimer® ships thousands of car detailing machines of different types to those in the auto detailing business as well as car dealers globally.

Daimer® is committed to helping do its part in helping the U.S. economy as well as American workers. Everyone working for the company is a U.S. citizen, and Daimer® is on a record pace to achieve its highest sales levels for both domestic sales and international exports.

"One of the most important aspects of retaining the value of a car involves maintaining its appearance both on the outside and inside. A well-maintained car also gets its owner a better deal while trading it in," says Matthew Baratta, spokesman of Daimer Industries, Inc.®. "Daimer® is excited to offer powerful carpet cleaning machines empowered with the latest technologies, 220 psi, and up to 210ºF, to help auto detailing professionals clean car interiors in a fraction of the time many clean now."

Daimer®'s XTreme Power® XPH-9300U offers the benefits of industrial steam carpet cleaners and professional commercial carpet extractor machines with its advanced cleaning functions and strong water column lift for maximum suction and lower drying times. Adjustable temperature controls enable users to set the right temperature, depending upon the operator's preferences. Although the XTreme Power® XPH-9300U is not considered a member of Daimer®'s truck mount carpet cleaners line, it scores high in terms of durability, mobility, power, and ease of operation.

Many car washing experts prefer professional commercial carpet cleaners that offer superior cleaning results, demand minimum effort levels, and guarantee fastest drying periods. Most detailing professionals like higher temperatures generated by carpet steam cleaners to considerably enhance cleaning results and make tough deposits easier to eliminate.

The XTreme Power® XPH-9300U carpet steam cleaners generate temperatures as high as 210ºF to quickly and effectively soften stubborn deposits and spills on car carpets, seats, upholstery, and fabrics. The two inline heating elements within the carpet extractor help heat water to high temperatures within merely five minutes. The 17 gallon solution tank and 15 gallon recovery tank have been designed to help cleaning professionals continue working non-stop for extended time periods. The system's features make it excellent for mobile car wash use.

Daimer®'s XPH-9300U is also an ideal option to maintain carpets, furniture and upholstery in residences, offices, and any other facility. The machine is even excellent to clean the surfaces of vertical office furniture and cubicles. Pressure levels of 220 psi and the powerful 150 inch water column lift capacity created by the double two-stage motors simplifies extraction of residue and water from surfaces. The low flow cleaning technology reduces the drying period of upholstery to as low as one hour by transferring less water onto the surface.

The durable and rugged construction, high-grade components, adjustable temperature settings, cutting-edge technologies and minimal drying period make carpet cleaners such as the XTreme Power® XPH-9300U the perfect choice for car detailers, upholstery cleaning professionals, commercial furniture cleaning experts, and used furniture businesses.

Natural fibers, such as wool, should never be cleaned using heat, since excessively high temperatures can shrink the carpet or otherwise damage it. The user can simply not enable the heat switches to safely clean non-synthetic carpeting.

For best results, the professionals recommend pre-spraying carpets with soap-free, biodegradable carpet cleaning liquid. Daimer® bundles carpet cleaners with its Eco-Green® Carpet Care & Upholstery Cleaner, enough to make up to 256 quart spray bottles worth. The pre-sprayed solution will be extracted immediately, further reducing drying time, and allowing surfaces to remain cleaner for longer periods of time. Customer satisfaction will be maximized.

To enable auto detailing professionals reach the most inaccessible spots and tight spaces, commercial carpet cleaners like the XTreme Power® XPH-9300U come with a collection of attachments and accessories. While the 25' vacuum hose and 25' solution hose make it possible to clean without concerns about the ability to reach within any vehicle, the upholstery wand ensures efficient maintenance of car upholstery.

An optional, patented, three foot carpet wand with Daimer®'s patented XTreme-Xtraction® technology, including its self-adjusting 12" head, is available at an option for those seeking to clean regular floor carpets. Moreover, the exclusive wand technology increases the suction power by 60%. The wand is also available with the company's industrial grade truck mount carpet cleaning equipment.

Stealing US Jobs Earns Author New York Times Best Seller Status

Stealing US Jobs Earns Author New York Times Best Seller Status

Daven Michaels

New York, New York (PRWEB) May 21, 2013

Amidst the outsourcing debacle that plagues Boeing 787 woes; growing concern over increasing job instability in the US, Daven Michaels has managed to capture the rapt attention of the American public with his latest release, Outsource Smart. He reintroduces the concept of hiring a virtual employee and delegating responsibility and control for increased productivity in a micro-niche environment. While the world debates on whether government interference is mandatory to stem the outflow of jobs, authors and successful internet marketers such as Daven Michaels continue to support and promote the immense benefits of outsourcing business processes.

"Without knowing how to outsource economically and confidently, you stand to lose more in the long run," says Daven Michaels. "However, I see America as developing into a nation of strategists, entrepreneurs and consultants in a decade or so who unlock the secrets of outsourcing and enter into global partnerships with coders, HR teams, virtual secretaries and a whole host of support service providers, which ultimately is good for the overall American economy. Hence understanding process outsourcing will help people out of boring jobs, become independent and comfortable in their life, not as employees but as employers of the world."

In a recent publication by Bloomberg Businessweek, outsourcing was shown to be similar to mass immigration of workforce. However, it further goes on to describe how this is the natural course of economies as the driving factor. Moreover, as Daven puts it, there is a visible difference between, charity work, theft and partnership. And, it is the latter that perfectly describes outsourcing, which itself makes it an excellent globalization tool, be it for Americans or others.

"Daven's personal experience, his zeal to move ahead in life where others would give up, taught him vital skills as an entrepreneur, which he has imbibed in Outsource Smart." Beejal Parmar, VP 123Employee says, "While the title might go against current US public opinion, the very fact that it has earned New York Times Best Seller status implies that process outsourcing is the American future."

Outsourcing is no longer about having a large cost differential; rather it is about gaining access to world-class capabilities. In fact, 63 percent of American and European entrepreneurs currently believe that it will allow them access to services and technologies yet unavailable in the US and Europe simply because of the challenges of retention and skill set acquisition naturally associated with them.

Available in a choice of paperback and ebook edition, published by McGraw Hill, Outsource Smart is currently on offer with a free set of 36 Facebook video marketing training for just $ 19.95 at http://OutsourceSmart.com.

Blue Sky Building Systems Unveils Steel House Designed by Jim Jennings; Seen As Instant Icon of New-Century Modern Architecture

Blue Sky Building Systems Unveils Steel House Designed by Jim Jennings; Seen As Instant Icon of New-Century Modern Architecture

Palm Springs, California (PRWEB) May 15, 2013

A sleek and shimmering all-white steel house designed by noted modernist architect Jim Jennings has been unveiled by Blue Sky Building Systems as the company's newest project demonstrating better ways to build. Architectural aficionados are already touting it as an instant icon of new-century modernism.

Desert Two, so named because it is Jennings' second desert custom home project, showcases – in addition to world-class architecture – several innovations in residential design and construction.

The structural frame of the home is made up entirely of 42 light-gauge steel wall and roof panels that were fabricated off site and then set in place in just three days. Rough framing with wood for custom homes typically requires about three weeks.

In all there are 26 wall panels in the house, with the longest one measuring 34 feet. There are 16 roof panels, with the longest measuring 28 feet. The wall panels were all hand set by the crew while the roof panels were set with the help of a small construction forklift.

Another significant innovation is in the layout of the house itself. The majority of the complex systems – mechanical, electrical and plumbing – are ganged in a rectangular core at the center of the house. In this way savings were achieved in construction and will extend to the lifetime operation of the house. For example hot water will have short distances to travel, thus saving on piping and installation labor – as well as energy.

Construction of the house began in early December and was completed at the end of April. Those five months compare to the 12-14 months – or longer – that are not uncommon for a similar-sized custom home that is framed on site with wood.

"Panelized wall and roof systems as well as central cores are not new concepts," said David McAdam, co-founder of Blue Sky Building Systems. "Indeed right here in Palm Springs we have one of the best examples of this innovative legacy in the steel houses that were designed in the early 1960s by revered architect Don Wexler and his colleague Rick Harrison. It is our hope that by bringing new materials and new thinking to these concepts we can prompt architects and builders to take a fresh look at them."

Desert Two, located at 1525 Avenida Olancha, was built on the last vacant lot in the Deepwell Estates neighborhood of Palm Springs. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large open kitchen, dining room and living room. Counting an attached two-car garage, the house comprises 2,800 square feet.

The ceiling in the main living area represents one of Desert Two's design innovations. It is made up of corrugated, perforated steel panels. Behind those panels is a black cloth scrim and then standard insulation material. Taken together these elements create significant sound deadening qualities – an important consideration in an area dominated by hard surfaces such as a 62-foot-long wall of glass and all-concrete floors.

The design of Desert Two harkens to one of the most loved elements of mid-century modern architecture – the blurring of the line between indoor and outdoor living. The continuous wall of glass that opens to the north is accompanied by a steel shade structure protecting from summer sun. Beyond the shade structure a pool and spa lie within a private walled courtyard that includes a natural gas fire pit.

Furthering the indoor/outdoor design is a generous outdoor kitchen and adjacent dining area. Each bedroom has its own patio accessed through sliding glass doors. A private outdoor shower and bathtub sit atop a wood deck off the master bathroom, creating the vibe of a luxurious spa.

A number of green features are included in Desert Two. The house has been designed to accept a solar photovoltaic system large enough to make the house a net-zero energy home for a full-time resident. Other than cabinetry and interior doors there is almost no wood in the house.

Floors are polished concrete throughout. A tankless, on-demand gas water heater and a high efficiency dual-zone heating and air conditioning system contributes to low energy requirements. The shower enclosures consist of large sheets of tempered glass rather than the more traditional tile – offering both a clean design and a low-maintenance solution.

In fact, the entire house was designed to be very low maintenance over its lifetime. The home is clad with commercial metal siding attached with hidden fasteners that comes from the factory with permanently bonded paint.

Desert One, which was completed in Palm Springs in 2004, is a much-admired minimalist home designed by Jim Jennings for himself. It has been published in Architectural Digest and is frequently referenced in scholarly examinations of the vibrant culture of innovative architecture that Palm Springs has witnessed over the decades.

Blue Sky Building Systems and Jim Jennings Architecture are currently collaborating on four other projects. One, a large steel-frame addition to an existing mid-century modern Alexander home in the Vista Las Palmas neighborhood of Palm Springs, will be completed this summer.

In the nearby town of Yucca Valley construction will start this summer on a home nestled among spectacular weathered boulders. In the Carmel Valley in Northern California construction is nearing completion on a 5,000-square-foot home featuring views of Monterey Bay and the surrounding hillsides. And design work is now underway for a 6,000-square-foot home in the Pebble Beach community of California.

Blue Sky's first prototype home, Rock Reach House in Yucca Valley, was a collaboration with o2 Architecture of Palm Springs. The two firms then built another home in Yucca Valley and recently completed their first project in Palm Springs. Blue Sky has a number of other current projects with other architects underway in California, Hawaii and Oregon.

D. W. Johnston Construction was the general contractor for Desert Two and is working with Blue Sky on several current and planned projects in the desert area.

Desert Two was built as a spec project and is currently listed for sale. For more information go to http://www.ttkd2.com.

Transfac Announced Accounts Receivable Financing Method ? Things to Consider

Transfac Announced Accounts Receivable Financing Method – Things to Consider

factoring financing

Salt Lake City, UT (PRWEB) November 28, 2012

Running an organization successfully is almost impossible if sufficient funds are not available. An organization depends upon its clients and customers to make timely payments for funds. However, there are some times when payments are delayed and the organization is left with only invoices. In such instance, business factoring service company comes in play. It agrees to lend some amount to the organization in exchange for the invoices. Collecting the pending amount from the client is then this factoring services company's work.

This method of loaning money through factoring invoices is gaining popularity amongst several industries such as trucking firms, manufacturers and staffing agencies. There are several pros and cons to this method that one must fully understand before going ahead with this method.

Pros

When an organization needs some quick liquid cash, selling factoring invoices for the loan amount is the best option available. There is no time delay when loan is obtained this way. However, if a bank loan is considered, the processing time in itself may consume a month or two.

The factoring services company does not demand that the organization have a good credit history. Instead, it relies on the clients' and customers' credit rating while loaning the amount.

The factoring companies does the follow up with the clients with respect to the pending payments. The organization can thus channel its resources for more productive tasks.

There is no need to pledge any property to get a loan. Thus, the organization does not take any form or debt in this case.

This method can be used by start up companies as well. Bad debt can be eliminated and avoided.

Cons

The methods adopted by the factoring services company may offend the clients and customers. They may in turn stop doing business with the organization.

There is usually some amount charged when a company takes loan by factoring invoices. This amount may, depending upon the factoring agency go quite high.

This method of raising funds does not have any strict legal and regulatory standards. There is a possibility of getting cheated or incurring huge losses for both the involved property. A lot of groundwork must be done to avoid any kind of monetary loss.

Financial statements, charge sheet and invoices must be kept in order for the process to get done.

Conclusion

It is imperative that enough research be done to get all the facts right before getting down to transaction. All the terms/conditions and rules must be outlined and finalized without holding back anything. If done in the correct manner, factoring services can free up large sums of working capital and prove to be advantageous. Money raised is instantaneous and immediate thus eliminating any sort of hold up.

artnet Auctions Presents Stopping Time: Capturing the Photographic Second

artnet Auctions Presents Stopping Time: Capturing the Photographic Second

Henri Cartier-Bresson Behind the Gare Saint-Lazare, 1932 Gelatin silver print 17.8 x 11.9 in. 45.2 x 30.2 cm. Est. US$ 12,000–15,000 €9,109–11,418

New York/Berlin (PRWEB) May 15, 2013

"Time is an illusion." - Albert Einstein

"A photograph can be an instant of life captured for eternity that will never cease looking back at you." - Brigitte Bardot

Capturing time is something that has fascinated photographers since the formal invention of photography in 1826. However, it was not until the pioneering work of Eadweard Muybridge and his magnum opus Animal Locomotion (1884–1887) that photographers, scientists, and inventors finally realized that stopping time with a camera was within reach. artnet Auctions is pleased to present Stopping Time: Capturing the Photographic Second, a sale featuring the work of innovators including Eadweard Muybridge, Berenice Abbott, and Gjon Mili, as well as Contemporary artists such as Adam Fuss, Matthew Pillsbury, and Sarah Pickering. Works in the sale will range in value from US$ 3,000 to 20,000.

This special sale presents both classic and contemporary approaches to the theme of "time." One highlight of the sale is Henri Cartier-Bresson's iconic image, Behind the Gare Saint-Lazare (1932), estimated at US$ 12,000 to 15,000. Cartier-Bresson was the master at capturing what he called "the decisive moment," and this particular image has often been cited as one that epitomizes his method of operation. Cartier-Bresson freezes the moment just before the man's heel hits the puddle, with the man's reflection mirrored in the still water below him.

The sale also features Hiroshi Sugimoto's Time Exposed (1991), a portfolio comprised of 51 tri-tone offset lithographs, estimated at US$ 15,000 to 18,000. Though taken from nearly identical vantage points, each photograph in the series captures a different body of water from around the world, evoking the infinite nature of the ocean in a rich palette of black, gray, and white tones. Central to Sugimoto's work is the idea of photography as a means of freezing time and preserving memory, a theme which he conveys through his meticulous attention to craftsmanship and the nuances of the photographic process.

Another highlight of the sale is Harold Eugene Edgerton's Cranberry Juice Dropping into Milk, estimated at US$ 3,500 to 4,000. Edgerton, an engineering professor, contributed to the invention of stroboscopic lighting for photography. With this technology, he was able to record split-second moments that the human eye would otherwise miss, such as the splash created as a drop of juice hits the surface of milk.

Stopping Time: Capturing the Photographic Second will be live on artnet Auctions from May 14 through 21, 2013, and on view here.

Stertil-Koni Awarded Major Competitive Contract from City of El Paso, Sun Metro, to Deliver 18 Heavy Duty In-Ground and Platform Vehicle Lifting Systems

Stertil-Koni Awarded Major Competitive Contract from City of El Paso, Sun Metro, to Deliver 18 Heavy Duty In-Ground and Platform Vehicle Lifting Systems

ECOLIFT

STEVENSVILLE, MD (PRWEB) January 24, 2013

Stertil-Koni, the leader in heavy duty vehicle lifts, today announced that it has been awarded a major competitive contract with the City of El Paso Mass Transit Department, known as Sun Metro, to produce and install 18 high-capacity, heavy duty vehicle lifts.

Specifically, the contract purchase calls for Stertil-Koni to deliver two of the company's most innovative lifting systems. Selected were: ECOLIFT, the industry's first U.S. patented, ultra shallow, full-rise scissor in-ground lifting system; and, SKYLIFT – an industry-changing platform lift distinguished by an entirely vertical rise lifting system which utilizes two independent runways with no crossbeams, no overhang and no base frame.

Sun Metro has ordered two models of the ECOLIFT, a 2-scissor configuration with lifting capacity of 60,000 lbs. – ideal for regular transit buses-- and a 3-scissor configuration with lifting capacity of 90,000 lbs., well designed for the extended length of articulated buses.    Sun Metro has also ordered two models of SKYLIFT – each with a lifting capacity up to 78,000 lbs. One model is a wash bay SKYLIFT, engineered to be completely water-resistant with hot-dip galvanized platforms, lift supports with an extremely resistant maritime epoxy coating along with a watertight, lockable stainless steel control box. Lifts are scheduled to be installed beginning in the first half of 2013. For added safety, the Stertil-Koni equipment is third-party tested and validated by ALI/ETL-Interk.

In making today's announcement, Dr. Jean DellAmore, president of Stertil-Koni, stated, "We are extremely pleased to be awarded this contract and help support Sun Metro and the City of El Paso to achieve new heights in heavy duty vehicle lifting performance, durability and safety. The contract is also a testament to our product engineering. For example, ECOLIFT uniquely combines high-pressure, low volume hydraulics and only requires 3.5 gallons of fluid per scissor – a real environmental advantage. It's also easy to service, with controls and hydraulic components located in an above-ground console. In addition, the Stertil-Koni SKYLIFT provides free access from all sides with easy installation and minimal maintenance."

The City of El Paso award to Stertil-Koni follows two other recent major transit awards to the company. These include: a major competitive bid from the Chicago Transit Authority, awarded to Stertil-Koni for the production and installation of 54 heavy duty vehicle lifts, and an extensive installation of hydraulic, self-regenerating mobile columns lifts, as well as in-ground lifts, delivered by Stertil-Koni to GO Transit in Canada.

About Sun Metro

The mission of Sun Metro is to provide a safe, reliable, clean bus driven by a professional coach operator that practices excellent customer service. Sun Metro operates 166 Fixed Route Vehicles, 65 LIFT vehicles and serves more than 15 million passengers a year. Sun Metro also operates a large natural gas fueled fleet, which at one time was the world's largest operating mass transit fleets. Daimer Releases Powerful Carpet Cleaners For Property Managers Seeking Steam Cleaner Systems

Daimer XTreme Power XPH-9600 Carpet Cleaner and Steam Cleaner

Woburn, MA (PRWEB) November 29, 2012

Daimer Industries, Inc.®, the industry's leading global supplier of America made cleaning machines, including in excess of 600 of the industry's most technologically superior vapor steam cleaners and highly diversified carpet cleaners, including versatile carpet cleaning machines, popular portable steam carpet cleaning equipment, industrial truck mount carpet cleaners, and walk behind commercial carpet cleaners, is marketing to property management companies its 500 psi XTreme Power® XPH-9650 steam cleaner model optimized for low pile commercial carpeting.

The company's carpet steam cleaners include a patented wand, low-flow technology, auto-fill and auto-dump features, and extra-long 100' hoses for the most powerful and efficient cleaning. The XPH-9650 meets the requirements of the best carpet steam cleaners since it features adjustable pressure levels for cleaning synthetic or natural carpet fibers. The system features two high-powered inline heating elements, thus the high-quality carpet extractor machines can create temperatures of up to 210º F within only five minutes.

"Many property managers with a higher tenant turnover need to clean more frequently. Cleaning professionals are often on tight time schedules and need carpet extractors that offer terrific cleaning power and faster drying times," says Matthew Baratta, spokesperson for Daimer Industries, Inc.®. "Daimer® is pleased to offer the XTreme Power® XPH-9650 commercial carpet cleaners with completely adjustable pressure levels up to 500 psi along with drying times as low as two hours. The carpet extractors include 100' hoses that allow the cleaning of up to a 31,000 square foot radius without moving the systems."

The XTreme Power® XPH-9650 comes with important auto-fill and auto-dump features that end the need to manually fill the water chamber and then empty the extraction chamber when it becomes full. Auto-fill allows the carpet shampooers to automatically draw water as required into the water chamber. This can be done by simply connecting a garden hose from a water supply to the system. On the other hand, auto-dump allows the carpet cleaners to automatically force the extracted water from the recovery chamber down a drain or into any toilet.

Daimer®'s exclusive low-flow technology featured with its robust carpet cleaning machines allow less water to flow into the carpet, thus minimizing the chances of reaching the carpet padding. The XTreme Power® XPH-9650 is a more greener machine than other carpet steam cleaner machines on the market, as it minimizes water usage. The machine's 150 inch water column lift and 200 cfm of airflow increase cleaning efficiency and reduce drying time, which are the ultimate goals for anyone performing commercial carpet cleaning applications.

The XTreme Power® XPH-9650 is the best carpet cleaning equipment to allow novices to clean like pros. The machine features Daimer®'s XTreme-XTraction™ patented, self-adjusting 12" head floor wand that offers 60 percent more suction than any other wand in the world. The unique wand offers suction equal to an extra vacuum motor.

For removing grease and other tough build-up from carpets, Daimer® is supplying free with each commercial carpet extractor during a promotion its special Eco-Green® Carpet and Upholstery Care solution. Each gallon of the liquid makes up to 32 gallons of diluted liquid to clean up to 32,000 square feet of carpeting. Two gallons are included to clean up to 64,000 square feet.

The Power® XPH-9650 commercial carpet cleaners feature 100' foot hoses that can also be disconnected into 25', 50' and 75' sections for cleaning smaller areas as needed. The best carpet shampooers also feature an optional 4" wide tool for cleaning fabric cubicles, furniture, and more. Asons Solicitors settled

Asons Solicitors settled £5,000 for Client's Hearing Loss Claim

Bolton, UK (PRWEB UK) 17 April 2013

An Asons' Solicitors client, 75, advises that he was formally employed as a Forklift Driver from approximately 1968 to 1985, then a machine operator from approximately 1985 to 1990, and an Engine Builder from approximately 1990 to 1996. the client also alleged that he worked within the Shop Floor and Building Section Departments as well as in the Paint Area Department from approximately 1990-1996.

Hearing protection was not available during the client's employment. Hearing protection subsequently became available in the form of or ear muffs and these were provided in approximately 1990. The client advised that the use of the hearing protection was not enforced, therefore a safe system of work was not implemented which would have protected him from the foreseeable risk of injury due to the noise levels.

Suzanne Yates, an Executive at Asons Solicitors, commented that:

"It is alleged that our client worked in an environment that was extremely loud, where suitable and efficient hearing protection was not provided. We were informed that our client's employers failed to provide hearing protection and also failed to ensure that any protective equipment provided was suitable, in good repair, in working order and properly used."

The client from Middlesex worked within a department department that housed around 10 people, with approximately 20 machines in the department; so it is likely that others may have been affected.

Fortunately, cases of noise induced hearing loss, or occupational deafness, have slowly been decreasing year on year for the past three years. Despite the improvement, Health and Safety Executive (HSE) statistics for between 2009/10 and 2011/12 suggest that some 19,000 industrial deafness cases were reported that were either caused, or made worse by noise at work.

"Our client's hearing has been damaged very badly. As a result, he will need to purchase hearing aids at 75 which he will need for the rest of his life. It's a shame, and it shouldn't be allowed to happen," adds Miss Yates.

If you would like to learn more about the hearing loss claims process, or if you'd like to better understand the condition, you can visit Asons at http://www.asons.co.uk, or you can call their expert helpline on 0844 850 1062

Daimer Releases Vapor Steam Cleaner For Infection Control in Hospitals

Daimer Releases Vapor Steam Cleaner For Infection Control in Hospitals

Daimer KleenJet Mega 1000CVP Steam Cleaner Vacuum

Woburn, MA (PRWEB) November 30, 2012

Daimer Industries, Inc.®, an American company and internationally renowned brand name in commercial and industrial steam cleaner systems, including over 600 of the industry's most environmentally-friendly carpet steam cleaner models, vapor steam cleaner machines, and superior pressure washer configurations sold to customers within over 200 nations across the globe, is shipping its KleenJet® Mega 1000CVP - ATIS®. The feature-rich commercial steam cleaner system, within which is integrated the company's cutting-edge, patent-pending Advanced Thermal Ionic Sanitization™ (ATIS®) technology, has been independently certified to destroy up to 99.99% of harmful bacteria by one of the most prestigious testing laboratories in the United States.

"Healthcare facilities constantly face the risk of infections spread by 'super bugs' that are becoming more and more immune to most commercial disinfectants. Failure to spend enough time to thoroughly clean germ buildup on different surfaces is a great contributing factor in the spread of virulent bacteria," says Matthew Baratta, spokesperson of Daimer Industries, Inc.®. "Daimer® is pleased to offer a powerful disinfecting steam cleaner vacuum offering temperatures up to 356°F and pressure levels up to 105 psi. The steam machine will be instrumental in helping to keep most hospital surfaces clean, sanitized, and considerably healthier for staff, patients and visitors."

Daimer®'s KleenJet® Mega 1000CVP - ATIS® versatile multipurpose steam cleaner offers unmatched cleaning power by injecting high temperature steam and strong vapor flow along bed rails, furniture, bathroom fixtures, walls, floors, counters, operating tables, wheelchairs, restrooms, clean rooms, and virtually unlimited surfaces. The Super-Hot vapor steam generated by the system offers excellent results in high performance tile and grout cleaning as well as spot cleaning accidental spills on upholstery, and is excellent for cleaning and maintaining mattresses.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported approximately 1.7 million cases of Healthcare-associated infections (HAI) in the period from June 2011 to June 2012. Almost 99,000 of those infected succumbed to death after an average of 12 days of hospitalization. The medical costs of healthcare related infections in the United States amount to around 45 billion dollars every year.

Studies show that a major share of HAIs can be easily averted by implementing effective cleaning techniques in hospital facilities. Cleaning experts recommend using proven, anti-microbial vapor steam cleaner systems capable of generating steam at exceptionally high temperatures to deep clean surfaces.

Eliminating allergens and germs is of supreme importance within healthcare settings. Daimer®'s KleenJet® Mega 1000CVP - ATIS® commercial steam cleaner is empowered with a special HEPA filter that helps capture most particulate deposits up to a miniscule 3 microns in size. Such substances as pollen, dust mites, dirt, bed bugs and other allergens from surfaces cannot escape the Mega 1000CVP - ATIS®' exclusive HEPA and Water Capture feature, which collects the particles during the extraction process for easy disposal. The leading edge steam vacuum cleaner extraction chamber takes seconds to remove, and the water can be poured into a toilet or down a drain.

Daimer®'s KleenJet® Mega 1000CVP - ATIS® high performance portable steam cleaner offers the company's superior Continuous Refill technology, which allows the operator to add water to the machine at any time without the need to power it down. Other brands in the industry fall short by offering steam cleaners that feature pressure caps. Their machines must be depressurized prior to cap removal, and reheating can take up to a disheartening 40 minutes, which can reduce productivity dramatically.

The steam cleaner comes with over 36 parts and accessories designed to enhance the efficiency and versatility of the machine. The system's features a lifetime boiler warranty and replaceable heating elements. Buyers can save up to and over $ 800 versus purchasing other brands' models, the boilers of which must be replaced in the event of heating elements failure.

For Additional Information:

For more details about the KleenJet® Mega 1000CVP - ATIS®, visit Daimer®'s website http://www.daimer.com/steam-cleaners/ or contact Matthew Baratta directly at (888) 507-2220. The steam cleaning machines are marketed globally to most countries.

Club Car Helps Equestrians Select the Right Vehicle This Spring

Club Car Helps Equestrians Select the Right Vehicle This Spring

The Club Car Precedent Signature features a rustproof aluminum frame, Monsoon Top that will keep you dry in a downpour, and the longest warranty in the industry.

Augusta, GA (PRWEB) April 17, 2013

Harness the Right Golf, Utility or Neighborhood Electric Vehicle

Insights From an Expert

Finding the right vehicle can be a bit tricky for equestrians. "Vehicles used on horse farms and stables have to resist corrosion, take abuse, multi-task and deliver years of trouble-free service," says Mary A. Sicard, consumer marketing manager at Club Car.

But with a little horse sense, horse lovers can maximize the return on their investment and avoid buyer's remorse. Here's how.

First Things First

"Think about how you plan to use the vehicle. Do you need it for light hauling and off-road transportation, heavier work around the farm, or alternative transportation? Tying this down up front is the key to zeroing in on the right vehicle and accessories," Sicard says.

Also consider who will drive your vehicle. Seasonal or temporary employees can be hard on vehicles, making it even more important to buy a model that's engineered to last.

Gas…or Green?

Either gasoline or electric vehicles can be used for transportation, light hauling and chores. And both are fairly easy to maintain.

"People often think they need gas for a good range, but today's top electric golf cars and utility vehicles get 20-30 miles on a charge, depending on the terrain and other factors," Sicard says. "Electric vehicles are quiet and fumeless, so they don't frighten horses. They are also environmentally friendly and less expensive to operate than gasoline-powered vehicles."

If you're thinking of electric, Sicard suggests you look for a strong battery pack and a vehicle with an adjustable regenerative braking system that allows the vehicle to optimize energy reclaimed when stopping.

For a longer range, go with gas. "Gas may also be a better option for those who plan to take their vehicles to shows, as it can be difficult to recharge batteries on the road," Sicard says. "But select a vehicle with a name-brand engine, a big tank for longer range and excellent hill-climbing performance."

Golf Cars for Yard Duties and Shows

If everyday chores such as grooming, feeding, and poo picking, as well as off-road transportation, are on your agenda, consider a golf car. They're easy to transport and require little maintenance.

"Look for a car that's built on a rustproof aluminum frame instead of on a steel frame," Sicard says. "Steel frames don't withstand the chemicals used on farms."

You'll also want a tight turning radius, long warranty and strong canopy that funnels water straight to the ground.

Golf cars are particularly useful for equestrians when customized with dump beds, extra traction tires, front brush guards, rear towing hitches and head and tail lights.

More Rugged Utility Vehicles

For mowing, heavy lifting or chores such as fixing fence lines, consider a utility vehicle. They come in light-, medium- and heavy-duty models.

Available in electric, gas or diesel, utility vehicles can be decked out with bedrails, dump carts, plow mounts, trail mowers, trail cutters, log splitters, tool boxes, Ag sprayers, push brooms, pallet forks and other options that boost usage and save time and money.

"Club Car's smaller model XRTs are popular with equestrians because they are versatile, can be moved in a pickup truck or horse trailer, and accommodate an optional rear-facing, two-passenger back seat that folds down into a cargo bed," Sicard says.

Looking for a 4x4?

If so, Sicard advises some research. "Some 4x4s are difficult to operate, but Club Car's feature the industry's only automatic and continuous all-wheel drive. There are no levers to pull or buttons to push," she says.

Further, the XRT1550 is available with IntelliTach, the industry's only fully hydraulic, quick-changing tool system. It lets you move quickly from chore to chore, making it great for stable management.

Expand Your Boundaries in an NEV

Looking for alternative transportation? Consider a zero-emissions neighborhood electric vehicle (NEVs).

Designed for neighborhood transportation, NEVs can reach maximum speeds of 25 mph and accommodate four passengers. "They're legal in most states on roads with speed limits of 35 mph or less, making them great for shopping, running errands and transporting visitors in style," Sicard says.

Unlike golf cars, NEVs have to meet federal safety guidelines. They come equipped with auto glass; safety belts; turn, brake and headlights; horns and other safety equipment.

NEVs are more expensive than golf cars, but they are much cheaper to purchase, operate and insure than full-size electric cars. And they cost about half as much to operate as gas-powered vehicles.

To test drive a Club Car Precedent golf car, XRT utility vehicle or Villager NEV, visit your local Authorized Club Car Dealer. To find a dealer near you, visit http://www.clubcar.com and select "Dealer Locator."

Horse farms

The Villager 2+2 LSV or the Villager 2 with option cargo bed is legal to drive on roads with speed limits up to 35 mph in most states. Both vehicles have to meet federal safety guidelines and come standard with headlights, tail lights and turn signals; 3-point safety belts (front); hip restraints; rear 2-point safety belts; and safety glass and mirrors to keep you safe.

SmartDebit responds to ISME survey on preparations for SEPA

SmartDebit responds to ISME survey on preparations for SEPA

SmartDebit

(PRWEB UK) 13 May 2013

The February 14 mandatory deadline for migration to SEPA is fast approaching and many businesses are still unaware of the scheme. This pan-European initiative aims to create a single market for euro payments, where cross-border payments can be made easily and efficiently as they are within nations. Estimations reveal that SEPA could save up to €123 billion within six years of migration, benefitting clients, banks and businesses.

The survey conducted by ISME, which involved a sample of 5,000 SMEs, revealed that just one in four SMEs in Ireland are aware of the potential impact of SEPA on their business, and 64 percent have not received any information on the scheme. Of the 36 percent who received information, half was from their bank, 31 percent from a business group, 8 percent from a Government department and 6 percent from their software provider.

Worryingly, 63 percent were unaware of the mandatory deadline for SEPA compliance of 1 February 2014. With the deadline just 9 months away, only one in ten businesses have discussed implementation with their bank, and only 7 percent with their software provider. In terms of implementation and readiness, 71 percent had not started, 28 percent were in the early stages of planning or implementation, and just 1 percent said they were already SEPA compliant.

This research particularly interests Surrey-based Direct Debit bureau SmartDebit, as the SEPA Direct Debit Scheme will enable Direct Debit originators to collect euro payments from any of the SEPA countries, including their own, using a single Direct Debit service rather than having to use country specific facilities. A spokesperson commented:

"The research is concerning due to the risk of delay or even failure of payments to and from customers and suppliers. Awareness levels and guidance on what needs to be done to become SEPA compliant is critical to stakeholders.

SEPA Direct Debit replaces the existing domestic direct debiting schemes and presents the opportunity for financial institutions to offer a pan-European Direct Debit product in euro. This represents a significant innovation as, for the first time, allowing organisations, to conveniently collect payments in euro from their customers whether domestically or from other SEPA countries."

About SmartDebit

Industrial ESD Floor Tape is Now Offered through Creative Safety Supply

Industrial ESD Floor Tape is Now Offered through Creative Safety Supply

Industrial ESD Floor Tape

Lake Oswego, OR (PRWEB) May 14, 2013

Electrostatic discharge known as ESD can cause irreparable damage in components or complete device failure. One solution to avoid ESD damage is through handling the module or component only in an area that has its working surfaces, floor coverings, and chairs connected to a known ground. Creative Safety Supply is now offering Industrial ESD Floor Tape that can be applied to areas identifying them as an ESD protected or restricted area.

ESD floor tape is incredibly durable and works very well in most industrial traffic areas including forklift traffic. Each roll is 50 feet in length and available in 2", 3", and 4" widths. Eleven different versions of text and graphics to identify an ESD area are provided through Creative Safety Supply. ESD tape can be removed when it is no longer required and will leave no residue behind. ESD tape is about as thick as a credit card and has tapered edges making it easier for traffic and carts to glide over it.

Products produced on site or received from an outside source have the potential for ESD and should be packaged in an ESD shielding bag until it is ready to be moved to a new location. They should never be stacked on top of each other or on books, papers, or other materials in the work area. Modules and components should only be placed in anti-static bags or on working surfaces that have been identified with ESD floor tape.

A plant manager commented, "ESD tape is the perfect solution to identify ESD holding areas. The quality is outstanding! It hasn't peeled or smudged since using it."

New Book Features Retired Teacher?s Stories From the Classroom

New Book Features Retired Teacher's Stories From the Classroom

WOODBRIDGE, Va. (PRWEB) May 15, 2013

No one knows how unpredictable first graders can be better than a first-grade teacher. In "Mommy Couldn't Find Her Eyelashes: Forty-Four Years in First Grade" (published by iUniverse), retired elementary educator Mary Jane Fizer shares excerpts from written papers and some of her favorite amusing and poignant conversations with her first-grade students, providing an unforgettable glimpse into the innocent, often uncensored minds and imaginations of children.

Fizer relies on more than 40 years of experience in a classroom environment to offer a diverse compilation of funny sayings and heartfelt moments she experienced with her students. From the student who said he wanted to be both the President of the United States and a forklift operator to the boy who announced that he needed to see the nurse because he thought he had head lights, Fizer recalls the unpredictable moments of every day she spent in front of a classroom serving as a teacher, role model, stand-in mother and source of information who had to somehow find a creative answer to every creative question.

Fizer hopes her book gives readers a greater appreciation for teachers and a sense that first graders often have innovative minds and imaginations. "My book shows how open and honest first grade students can be and how caring and concerned they are for others," she says.
