TecServ Announced as Regional Master Distributor of Big Joe Forklifts

Big Lift LLC. has awarded TecServ, a division of Karcher North America, the status of regional master distributor of the Big Joe brand of forklifts. In this capacity, TecServ will maintain a stocking location at their headquarters in Blackwood New Jersey and support dealers and users throughout the Mid-Atlantic with products, parts and service.
TecServ with over 35 years of experience in supporting facility maintenance equipment, will bring into the new agreement significant capabilities. With a focus on the grocery, food service and retail industries, TecServ has earned an excellent reputation nationally for maintenance and repair services in the most rigorous of equipment applications. According to the company their success has been a direct result of their comprehensive approach to meeting the needs of their clients. TecServ provides service for all makes and models of the types of equipment they service, strives to do so faster and at a lower cost than their competitors, and offers nationwide capabilities to provide support across an entire organizational footprint.
In partnering with Big Lift LLC, and bringing on the Big Joe line of electric forklifts, TecServ hopes to continue to broaden their offering of products and services to their customers. In their capacity as Regional Master Distributor, TecServ will oversee sales and support of Big Joe forklifts in the states of Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and Connecticut, as well as metropolitan areas of Philadelphia and New York City.
