Always on the leading edge of innovation, Verder has responded to market indicators by developing a complete integrated chemical pumping solution. The Verder SKID package is designed to handle all water treatment chemical pumping applications, as well as many chemical applications across all industries. The Verder SKID is delivered fully assembled, pre-piped and leak tested.

The Verder SKID can be supplied for flow rates from zero up to 300 gph, and pressure up to 90 psi. Standard configurations include an HDPE frame, leak containment basin, forklift access, pressure relief, calibration column, isolated pressure gauge, and pulsation dampener. Other appurtenances can be added as the application dictates. The Verder SKID is equipped with either the Smart tubing pump or the innovative Verderflex Dura hose pump.

The Verderflex Dura hose pump represents the next generation of hose pumps. It incorporates a vertical motor for smaller footprint, a physical air gap between the pump and drive for heat dissipation, and a one-piece flanged connection that doesn't require the use of band clamps, flange supports, or o-rings.
