The company embarked on several projects simultaneously, chief among them being the need for a new website. After an unsuccessful turn with one developer, Forklift Pro hired AIMG's Industrial Web Solutions. "We are so happy with our new website," said Caldwell, "that we had Industrial Web Solutions build our custom, web-based inventory management system. The new application allows us to effectively track new acquisitions as well as existing inventory, making it easy for the sales team to provide customers with the equipment they are looking for in a timely manner."
With new leads coming in from the website, Forklift Pro expanded their sales team to keep up with the demand. "We needed to add more sales people to manage the influx of sales opportunities," stated Caldwell. "We are fortunate to have an outstanding sales team made up of industry experts with more than thirty years of forklift experience. Customers are confident to do business with us because our sales team can not only answer their specific questions but now with our new inventory management application they can quickly let them know if we have what they need in stock." The company's sales team also has a Spanish speaking representative who handles all the business in Central and South America as well as other Spanish-speaking nations globally.

Among some of the company's other efficiency improvements is an increase in their number of skilled mechanics.
